The division of labor.
emergenttechnologies.ai is the author company's home: research, engineering practice, and enterprise work. agentnativeapps.com is the category's classroom and record: the definition of the agent-native app, the glossary that carries the vocabulary, the specification's public face, and the dispatch where discoveries are published as they happen.
The provenance posture.
We write under the organization's byline. We cite prior art by name. We separate what exists from what is planned: the specification is in open drafting, while the validator, registry, certification program, and marketplace are roadmap. Structural counts of our own artifacts are the only numbers we publish. When a claim on this site hasn't been earned yet, it doesn't appear on this site.
Why author a standard in public?
Because a definition owned in private is just marketing. The category only works if any builder can read the contract, test against it, and call out where it's wrong. Publishing the drafting process, including the mistakes, is what makes the final document trustworthy, and it's also the fastest way to find the builders who care.
