Terms of use
The terms under which agentnativeapps.com is published and may be used.
Last updated: 2026-08-07
Who operates this.
This site and its services are operated by Emergent Technologies Inc., a Wyoming corporation. agentnativeapps.com and emergenttechnologies.ai are operated by the same company, and these terms and our privacy policy apply in the same way across both.
What this site is.
agentnativeapps.com is an educational site published by Emergent Technologies. It defines the agent-native application, publishes the open specification as it develops, and documents what we learn building against it. Content is provided for information; it isn't legal, financial, or professional advice.
Use of the content.
You're welcome to quote and cite this site's definitions with attribution; that's what they're for. The specification text is open. Site design, branding, and the compiled site itself remain the property of Emergent Technologies. Don't misrepresent draft material as final, or roadmap items as shipped products.
No warranties; limitation of liability.
The site and specification drafts are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The specification is in active development and may change. Nothing here guarantees the behavior, safety, or fitness of any application built by any party, including us. To the fullest extent the law allows, Emergent Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, and its total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Commercial engagements are governed by their own signed agreements, not by these terms.
Forms and submissions.
By submitting a form you confirm the information is yours and accurate, and you agree to be contacted about your submission. Automated or abusive submissions may be dropped without notice.
If you apply for a role.
Applying is not an offer, and nothing on this site or anywhere in the application process creates an employment relationship, a contract, or any promise of pay, engagement, or future employment. An internship is unpaid unless its own written agreement says otherwise, and any engagement is at will. Recruiting through this site is carried out for more than one independent company and program, and which one would engage you depends on the role and on where you fit best. The company that engages you is named in the agreement you sign, and it may not be the company that operates this website. Nothing in this section makes those companies affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, or guarantors of one another, and an obligation of one is never an obligation of another. You will see every document before you are asked to sign it.
Disputes, arbitration, and class-action waiver.
If a dispute about this site or these terms cannot be settled informally, it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, seated in Wyoming or conducted remotely, rather than in court. You and Emergent Technologies each give up the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court. This section does not apply to claims of sexual assault or sexual harassment, which you may bring in court under the federal Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act, and it does not apply to any right that cannot be waived by law. You may opt out of this section, with no other effect on these terms, by emailing team@emergenttechnologies.ai within thirty days of first using this site or submitting a form. Disputes arising from an employment or internship agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this section.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
